Get Your Official Transcripts Through ²Ñ²â°ä°ù±ð»å²õâ„¢

91ÖÆƬ³§ has partnered with to streamline the process for requesting and receiving transcripts. ²Ñ²â°ä°ù±ð»å²õâ„¢ is the official online document-sharing system of the Association of Registrars of the Universities and Colleges of Canada (ARUCC).

Transcripts

Important Changes to Note

NWP no longer issues hard copies of transcripts. All transcripts are uploaded directly to ²Ñ²â°ä°ù±ð»å²õâ„¢.

NWP no longer sends transcripts on behalf of students. It is now the student's responsibility to send or share transcripts through their ²Ñ²â°ä°ù±ð»å²õâ„¢ account.

Students will purchase non-refundable share credits through ²Ñ²â°ä°ù±ð»å²õâ„¢ to view and share their transcript. The cost to share a transcript can be found in NWP’s Academic Calendar. Please be aware that the ²Ñ²â°ä°ù±ð»å²õâ„¢ platform will charge applicable provincial tax.

Transcripts

Requesting Your Transcripts

To request your transcript:

  1. Complete the Online Form.
  2. NWP will upload your transcript directly to ²Ñ²â°ä°ù±ð»å²õâ„¢ within 1-3 business days.
  3. When your transcript is available, you will receive an e-mail from ²Ñ²â°ä°ù±ð»å²õâ„¢ requesting you create an account.
  4. Once logged in, you must purchase non-refundable share credits to view and share your transcript.

NAIT Students

Students who attended classes on Fairview Campus before September 2009 must request their records from NAIT.

Apprentice Transcripts

Apprentices must go through to request transcripts.

 

Co-Curricular Recognition

Students who have participated in extracurricular activities, approved as recognized learning activities, may apply to have a co-curricular notation added to their transcript. The application form below must be completed and returned to the Registrar's Office by May 15th.
